1. Introduction
Central & North West London NHS Foundation Trust ('CNWL') owns this website, www.noclor.nhs.uk. You may access and use this website if you agree to be legally bound by the terms set out below. If you do not agree to be legally bound by those terms please do not access and/or use www.noclor.nhs.uk.
www.noclor.nhs.uk is only intended for use by people who live in England.

We exclude any liability to you should Noclor website not be available at any particular time. We do not give any commitments or accept any liability to you in respect of Noclor website content provided by other users of the website or third parties.

7.  Remedies
To the extent that we are practically able to do so, we may terminate your access to any part of www.noclor.nhs.uk at any time without notice if you breach any of the terms. You may terminate your registration for any part of www.noclor.nhs.uk by providing written notice that you wish to terminate your registration to us at Noclor 1st Floor, Bloomsbury Building, St Pancras Hospital,4 St Pancras Way, NW1 0PE.

8. General
If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect. These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England.
